These surprising culinary expeditions call in at an authentic Mallorcan restaurant, an iconic winery and Palma’s popular fresh food market, Mercat de l’Olivar, where purchases are made for the evening meal. In between all this, you’ll have ample opportunity to discover the historic city of Palma. You will be able to get to know the Michelin star chef and discover some of his culinary secrets!

In between meals, enjoy the 30-hectare ecological country estate

Located on a 30-hectare ecological country estate with vineyard ensures that you enjoy luxury, purity and privacy during your stay. Recharge your batteries during a stroll among the olive and almond orchards while enjoying dreamy panoramic views across the mountains and sea. Take a refreshing dive in the saltwater swimming pool, or snuggle up in an inviting designer armchair with a good (cookery) book. For a more active day, take a tennis lesson, or guided cycling, mountain biking or walking tours. Or what about a round of golf on one of the stunning golf courses?

In collaboration with Michelin 2-star chef Martin Kruithof from restaurant de Lindenhof Giethoorn, we are organizing fantastic culinary wine and food journeys on Mallorca from November 3rd to 6th, 2024, and March 23rd to 26th, 2025. The price per person, based on double occupancy, is €2,250 excluding 10% VAT; a single room supplement of €250 applies.
