The villa has a heated pool, air-conditioning and underfloor heating in all rooms. All rooms are provided with comfortable Schramm beds with crisp cotton linen and a private bathroom with high-quality (beach) towels. You and your company are ensured of well rested nights in our five en-suite twin rooms. If you like to cook, use the fully equipped Bulthaup kitchen with La Cornue stove and the big Green Egg for a great BBQ. Your company can entertain in our 2 loungerooms. One with a pool table and the other with a cozy large screen TV room with Dolby surround, 4K Apple TV and Netflix.
Or enjoy the fireplace, Bali Lounge-bed, Italian lounge seats, (heated) saltwater private pool with wood terrace. The 15×5 meter porch is perfect for a late-night dinner. The terrace has views as far as the eye can see. Like to stay fit during your holiday? Take a unique stroll on the stunning 30-hectares of vineyard, forest and Mediterranean gardens. In mid-high and peak season bookings from Saturday to Saturday.
In low season from 3 nights to start every day.
Low season rates are € 5.400 a week.
Low season starts from week 2 to week 13 and from week 44 to week 51. Minimum stays of 3 nights are possible upon request.
Mid season rates are € 7.400 a week.
Week 1 is the first week of mid season. Mid season continues from week 14 to week 24 and from week 38 to week 43. Week 52 and 53 are the last weeks of mid season.
High season rates are € 9.400 a week.
High season is week 25 and 26 and week 36 and 37.
Peak season rates are € 11.400 a week.
Peak season starts from week 27 to week 35.
