Low season rates are € 4900 a week. Low season starts from week 2 to week 16 and from week 40 to week 50.

High season rates are € 6900 a week. Week 1 is the first week of high season. High season continues from week 17 to week 25 and from week 35 to week 39. Week 51 and 52 are the last weeks of high season.

Peak season rates are € 9900 a week. Peak season starts from week 26 to week 34.

Can Gelat’s tennis courts have one of the best locations in Mallorca. With a view towards Alcudia Bay and Menorca, playing tennis has never been so appealing. The artificial grass court meets the highest playing standards and rackets and balls are provided. Private lessons can be arranged with a local tennis instructor.

Each villa has its own swimming pool, a number of terraces and plenty of sunbathing possibilities. The natural breeze makes it a pleasure to lounge by the pool, even in midsummer.
